It is easy for me to forget that most folks never get to see inside the crazy world of real estate. So in this post we pull back the curtain on the most expensive neighborhoods in Allen Texas. We based our calculations on real estate sales data pulled from NTREIS on Jan 7th 2024 for all the reported sales for 2023.
