Anna was platted in 1883 with a population of 20 people. A short time later, the railroad built a depot and Anna started growing. Today Anna has a population of 16,896 people per the 2020 census.

Villages of Hurrican Creek

The Villages of Hurricane Creek is a very new neighborhood as of Dec 2021. As the first neighborhood on the west of Hwy 75, this neighborhood is starting off right. With green spaces, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and boasting creeks, ponds, and parks. Hurrican Creek even has hiking and biking paths and even a community garden. Rumor is that there will be a fire station and school in the neighborhood.

Anna Town Square
