Mistake #1 - Make sure you know who your real estate agent will be. You can go here to pick one out. Cool

Mistake #2 - Make a budget and stick to it! The model home, the design center and almost everyone involved is hardwired to get you to spend more money. Stick to your budget, we will actually help you do that, just ask us.

Mistake #3 - Choosing the wrong builder. You cannot imagine the difference between a great builder and a bad one. Let's just say it can cost you money, time and tears.
