Today Nicole and Grace are taking you through a walk around the foundation of this home built by KB Homes in The Creeks of Legacy in Celina TX. Nicole shows how the foundation is built along with pointing out the different tie ins along the outer rim so that if there are any cracks in the foundation, they can tie in a tool and tighten it thus closing the cracks. Foundations in new builds in Tx also have a way of bolting the house to the foundation. Tornados are a threat here so that gives the buyer a peace of mind that their house is extra sturdy. Grace then points out the plumbing as well as an overview of the floor plan.
