Today Nicole is walking us through her clients new build job with KB Homes. She is going over the current status of the foundation preperation work that is being accomplished out at the Creeks of Legacy in Celina, TX.
This part of the process ensures that when the foundation is poured it will remain solid for many years to come. It is vital that all work done now is correct and properly installed. When the cement is poured, mistakes are very, very difficult to correct.
Creeks of Legacy is a community in Texas with some incredible features. Located on 300 acres, there are two amenity centers that include basketball courts and fitness stations for your enjoyment! Your children will be attending one great school - the Prosper ISD.
