Building a New Home in Lucas TX (Part 2)

Our Southgate Homes build job is getting started with the trenching of the lot. We are in Lucas Texas at Brockdale Estates and so far our build job is moving a bit slower than a typical production home, but we are still on track for our timeline.

We should see our form boards go up next week in preperation for plumbing and more trenching.

#BuildingBetterHomes is our passion, check it out on YouTube. We help our clients from finding the perfect location, to select the best builders. We negotiate the best deal and attend ever meeting. We visit your build job site ever week and send you a custom video of your home. We are like no one else in the industry.
