Today Grace is taking you through a new home being built by American Legend Homes in The Colony, Tx. There has been a lot of progress made on this new build. The outer trim is done and is a beautiful contrast between the dark trim and the lighter stone. Upon entering the house there is an office right off to the right, it has a lot of natural light and a view of the lake. The living room has high ceilings with large windows for lots of natural light. The kitchen opens up to the living room for a nice wide open space. The breakfast nook is just off of the kitchen adorned with built in cabinets and shelves which can be used as a dry bar. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.1 baths. It is 2,314 square feet, and it is the 1161 plan built by American Legend.
The Tribute is located on the secluded Lake Lewisville peninsula in The Colony. This gorgeous waterfront community features an array of amenities including two golf courses, over ten miles of hike and biking trails with beautiful lake views, resort style pools, pickle ball courts, kids splash park and gourmet dining at the country club.
