Build Job Video #1 - Foundation Preparation Highland Homes has finished preparing the lot for the pouring of cement. This is a crucial step, since the foundation determines the quality of the home for many decades to come.
Build Job Video #2 - Plumbing Rough Out Install Highland Homes is waiting to pour the foundation on this Cambridge Crossing home when the city inspection is complete. Hopefully the foundation will pour next week.
Build Job Video #3 - Waiting On Foundation We are still waiting on our foundation to get poured. This is not unusual when building a new home.
Build Job Video #4 - Framing Has Started! The foundation is poured and Highland Homes has started framing our clients house. Everyone is super excited at this stage of construction.
Build Job Video #5 - Mechanical Rough-out We are in the mechanical rough out phase of this Highland Home. Mechanical Rough-out consists of all the bits and bobs in the walls and attic. Some of the items include: wiring, plumbing, gas lines and HVAC.
Build Job Video #6 - Sheet Rock Install Highland is 'hanging rock', thats the builder slang or installing sheet rock in the home. This is HUGE, since at this phase our clients always feel like the homes starts to look like a home.
Build Job Video #7 - Paint & Bricks Highland is really making some progress on our new home in Cambridge Crossing. They have textured, painted, and added the trim to the home and they're in the process of bricking the exterior.
Build Job Video #8 - Almost Done! They've painted the cabinets, installed the light fixtures, and they've graded the front and back yard.
