Britton Model Home Tour At Lakewood Prosper TX

Brent Wells July 15, 2019

Are you looking for a neighborhood that has that special something? Perhaps a throwback to how things used to be in DFW. Lakewood in Prosper may just have what you are looking for and Britton Homes could be the builder to create it for you.

Britton is building their homes on lots that are typically 60' wide and start at roughly $500k. You can of course go much, much higher in price with all the beautiful upgrades they offer. Everything from wood floors and custom counter tops to amazing sliding walls of glass doors. So be sure to have your budget firmly in mind.

Britton has some great floorplans for Lakewood and they have had to be slightly customized due to Lakewoods stringent demands on their builders. Lakewood is meant to be a head nod to the Dallas community of the same name. So you will see higher pitched roofs and much more detail work done to these homes than you would see in another neighborhood.

Britton is building homes from 2,862 square feet up to over 4,034 square feet. Remember we always suggest looking at the one (1) story floorplans since they tend to resale better and you can easly age in place.
