Britton is building their homes on lots that are typically 60' wide and start at roughly $500k. You can of course go much, much higher in price with all the beautiful upgrades they offer. Britton is building homes from 2,862 square feet up to over 4,034 square feet. Remember we always suggest looking at the one (1) story floorplans since they tend to resale better and you can easly age in place.
