Gunter Texas was official established in 1902 or 1901, many folks disagree on it. It consists of roughly 18 square miles and 1,400 residents and about 1,157 homes. This beautiful north Texas town sits in Grayson county and is just 10 miles north of Celina. The children are served by the awesome Gunter ISD.

Hidden Lakes is located by heading north on Preston road from downtown Gunter. Go through Gunter past the High School on your right and turn right onto Kerfoot. Turn left at Pike Road and then turn right on McConnell Road. Take a Left on Hidden Lakes Blvd.

To find Maples Ranch head to Gunter Texas and then head east on Main or FM 121. Take a left on J.C. Maples Rd and then a quick right on Bledsoe.
