Deb and I love a great Kolache and we aren't afraid to drive a ways to get one. You might also have a love of these amazing Czech pastries. It might be ok to claim that Kolaches are now officially a naturalized Texas treat. After all, if you have ever ventured down to the Texas hill country you know all about the amazing Czech bakeries down there.

Our youngest went to Southwestern in Georgetown and gained 10lbs going to see her by stopping on the way for Kolaches. Now I am no expert, but I know a good one when I taste one and the Kolache Shop in Celina is doing them very well.

I got the Jalepeno and chesse and Deb got lemon and some other fruit filled ones. They were very, very good and its an easy location to get in and out of. If your in Celina and needing some breakfast or a quick mid-morning snack. Stop in and tell Courtney that Brent & Deb sent ya in.
